Suggestion for Appeal for Dr. Oscar Elias Biscet

Excellency,

 

I write to you in order to raise your attention to the case of Dr. Elias Biscet. He is currently imprisoned in Combinado del Este. In February 2002 he was sentenced to 25 years of prison because he peacefully committed himself to the realisation of human rights. He and his family are victims of numerous repressions; inter alia Dr. Biscet is deprived of the necessary medical assistance.

 

I appeal to you to use your influence in order to immediately grant him the necessary medical assistance and for his unconditional release. Furthermore I appeal to you to abolish all judicial restrictions which were imposed on Dr. Biscet and his family.
